The Window

She walks into a window store,

And buys herself a window,

A stained glass window,

One of many colors.

The window was so beautiful,

She loved it so,

But just as she was walking through her door,

She dropped the window.

The window shattered,

The woman cried,

And for many days,

She was never happy.

One day she stood up,

And took a piece of glass,

And glued to another,

And another and another.

Soon she had a window,

More beautiful than ever,

And she wondered to herself,

"Whyd I ever cry?"
