Ok so basically people who are picked for zodiac learn there powers at 18 while others learn at 30 and also the Zodiacs are alot more advanced at the powers than others also the district's are only people who can do there own element so like at Waters District only people who control water can go there ALSO people who aren't pick can only learn 2 powers while people are picked can learn as much as they can basically when your a Zodiac your privileged with power lol also here the earth signs outfits since I forgot to put it in the chapter
