Nandini was going through some files whereas laila was talking to the contractors over the phone

And she cuts the call, after cutting the call she shows Nandini a file with names of the contractors highlighted with whom she has set up a meeting
Laila: ma'am I have highlighted those names with whom the meetings are arranged
Nandini who was focused in one paper lifts up her head and takes the file from laila and checks the names
Nandini: who's meeting is first?
Laila: Mr kartik and I was really surprised to see that he was very excited to collaborate with us
