Broken Promises....Or Is It? Osamu Miya x Chubby Reader

3rd Person's POV

The Miya Twins has a childhood best friend named (Y/N) (L/N), they were three peas in a pod, they were inseparable. (Y/N), Osamu, and Atsumu were super inseparable, they are located in Hyogo Prefecture of Tokyo. Although (Y/N) is a year younger than the twins, both the twins still treated her as their best friend cause age doesn't matter in friends. (Y/N) is a chubby girl with lots of insecurities and for the fact that she fell in love with her best friend, Osamu Miya. She loved how his hair swayed much to the wind like a girl, although she never confessed because she is scared to loose the friendship they had built. (Y/N) grew up in Hyogo Prefecture but have to move with her mother due to the divorce her parents had, it was a tough decision for (Y/N) because she didn't want to leave the twins, especially she didn't want her to be replaced if ever the girls had a chance to get close to them. She was worried that the twins will forget her and of course, they promised that they'll keep in touch and (Y/N) should join volleyball. (Y/N) and her mom lived with her cousin named Shoyou Hinata. But (Y/N) had an incident when she's in junior high in Miyagi, when she was trying to jump full force and she lost her footings, she didn't got to the nationals like she promised to the twins. She was now 16 and is in Karasuno High along with her cousin.

(Y/N)'s POV

I smiled looking at Shoyou grows up in volleyball, he pursued it, at first I was the one who is practicing with him, but now.....he's practicing with Kageyama-kun. I kept in touch with Atsumu and Osamu but I didn't say that I can't play volleyball, they'll be sad and upset......I still love Osamu.......I didn't let go of the feelings that easily and no on likes me either. I wanted to be loved but I can't because Osamu Miya is still is in my heart, I can't hurt other guys feelings. I'm a manager of Karasuno's Boys Volleyball Team. Along with Hitoka Yachi and Kiyoko Shimizu, I support Shoyou but I'm still holding onto the promise that me and the twins made. I can't accept the fact that I overworked myself to be loosing balance like that.....why did I do that?

"Are you excited to see what the nationals looks like, (Y/N)-chan?!"Shoyou asked as I smiled and nodded while I sighed

"Yes.......thanks for inviting me to be your manager in Karasuno"I said as I gripped on my bag while everyone was behind us....they knew that I was an active player in the past and knew what had happened because Shoyou is talkative, he spilt everything to them.

"Your not thinking of your past don't you, (Y/N)-chan?"I heard Suga-san asking while I looked at him, I gave them the silent treatment while they respected my decision then I felt someone patting my back, two hands at that. Must be Tanaka-senpai and Nishinoya-senpai.

"If you need anything....."Tanaka-senpai said as Nishinoya smiled widely

"Tell your senpais! That way, we will cheer you up!"Nishinoya-senpai said as I smiled and nodded while we went to the Sakonishita store where Ukai-san works. We were waiting for Daichi-san to pick some meat buns while I got a text from the twins, more importantly, Osamu....

(N/N)-chan:
It's definitely good as yours!

Is that so? Are you going to the nationals?

(N/N)-chan:
Of course! I hope to see you there with Atsumu-kun!

Yeah, what position are you? I remembered in elementary school, you used to play a wing spiker. What about today?

(N/N)-chan:
Libero........I'm a Libero today
