the pogues are in for an another great summer adventure, but they got more than they were in for. ophelia is determine to protect the pogues with all her life from the dangers that are coming.

if ophelia could be anywhere right now, it would be far away from outer banks. i mean she has all the money in the world, literally, to be anywhere else but she choose to stay because of her friends. maybe not friends, family. they were more like her family than her family themselves. ophelia is like kiara, they were the only kooks in their friend group, the pogues. ophelia's family are actually the richest family in the outer banks but since her parents are always not around, the camerons were more idolised than hers. lucky for her, her parents like all of her friends especially pope. on the days that she dont spend time with her friends, shes alone in her house with the helpers but sometimes peterkin would usually check up on her. thats why shes always staying in her best friends house, john b.
john b was actually her first friend, and slowly jj joined then pope and kiara. john b was actually caught by ophelia borrowing, as john b says, some food. ophelia felt so lonely so she took that opportunity to make him her friend. john b has always been there for her, through the kooks drama and her mental health. her friends has always, maybe not always, been there for her. everyone has to deal with their own problems themselves right? thats what ophelia reminds herself to keep her sane from loneliness. besides all of that, they spend their days running from cops to just chilling at john b's house. they were only sixteen years old, all they want to do is have fun right?
that summer changed everything for ophelia, it opened old doors she didnt want to open and it also opened a new door of feelings she didnt knew she had.
