"Mija ya estás lista?" My mom screamed from down stairs (Honey are you ready?) " ya voy" i screamed back annoyed, why do she always gotta scream? (I'm coming) "Apúrale te espero en el carro" she said while making her way out the door with big suit cases (Hurry up, I'll wait for you in the car) "Ughhh" I sighed and got my bags and head out to the car Ever since my dad and brother passed away in a car crash the house has been quiet and empty me and my mom struggled a lot financially and mentally from our heart hurting from losing them, it's been about a month and my aunt and uncle decided it would be better if we moved to Florida with them so we didn't have to worry about money and paying bills until my mom finds a job.
We made our way to the airport the ride was silent, we entered the airport I was honestly scared as hell I didn't know these people and they all look nice wearing professional suits and dresses/skirts my ass was wearing a plain light colored shirt with gray sweatpants, slides, and my hair up in a messy bun but who can blame me I just woke up "Flight A1" the speaker blurted out of no where "Fuc-kk" i whisper yelled because it scared the shit out of me "!¿Qué chingados dijistes?!" She said trying to hold her anger (What the hell did you say?!)
My mom doesn't really know English but she can understand a little bit especially the curse words I didn't respond I just looked down because I didn't wanna argue with her we got up and went to board our plane.
"On behalf of This Airline, the flight crew would like to welcome you to This International Airport. We will be arriving at the gate momentarily. Please remain in your seats with your seat belt securely fastened until the aircraft has come to a complete stop at the terminal gate." the pilot announced as we started to land "¿Mija?"My mom calming said while turning to me (Honey?) "¿Mande?" (What? *its in a polite way tho*)I replied trying to sound polite because I don't wanna make her feel some type of way because she's been through a lot "¿ya llegamos?" (Did we land/did we arrive)she asked while looking at me dead in the eye she look really tired "Si mamá" (yes mom) i said smile at her to make her feel better She smiled back and went back to looking out the window the let us off the plane and we waited to grab our bags "¿crees que te va a gustar aquí?" (Do you think your going to like it here?) She asked me out of no where with a concerned face "Todavía no se, pero yo creo que si" (i still don't know yet, but I think I will) i said hoping her face wouldn't look as concerned and worried "¿Porque?" (Why) I asked curiously "No quiero que estés triste te dejando melody en Idaho"(i don't want you to be said about leaving melody in Idaho) she responded knowing I was already sad about leaving her She knows she's my best friend she was the only friend she liked and let Over at my house, she never likes friends over but she let melody so she became like my moms second daughter. "Oh" I said looking down we went silent grabbed our bags and headed out the exit where our my aunt would pick us up We got in and she talked about the basics about how I'm getting big and stuff and how she missed us then we pulled up to the house which look like this

Bitch isn't no complaints. She didn't have any younger kids because two of her kids are in collage and the other two are grown so they have they own house so I had the house to myself when they are all gone hehe We had a little dinner and catched up on a few stuff and I went to go unpack and stuff then we went to get me signed up for school because I was going to start school on Monday I was both scared and excited It was 9 pm so I went to bed because I was tired as fuck so I went to sleep
