"Come in, come in." Stormie greets us.
It was now Friday and we, Ross and I, just came to his parents house for dinner. We all walk into the dining room. Everyone greets us. I jump on Sierra and Rydel immediately. I really need some girl time.
Rydel must of been thinking the same thing, "All of us, shopping tomorrow. Okay? Okay."
I chuckle, and shake my head yes but so does Sierra.
I notice Riker isn't here, "Where's Rike?" I question.
"He had to go pick Maya up." Rydel answers me. Ross is talking to Ellington and his brothers. Ryland seems happy, Jordan left 2 weeks ago around the same time they broke up. From what Ross has told me Ryland only puts on a good face for everyone.
"Have yall met this girl?"
"No we all meet her tonight." Sierra answers.
"When do we get to know the gender of your baby?" Rocky asks from behind me.
"Next week, like every other person in the world."
Rocky nods and places his arm around Sierras waist. They've been together for a long time now. Almost 4 years if i remember correctly. They got together 5 or six months later from what Ross and I got together. There has been talk about Rocky proposing but that could just be a rumor. That would be pretty amazing though. Rydel and Ratliff have been together for around 2 and a half years. Ryland will soon be 20 the same day i turn 21. He is single. Riker is single as well, he is almost 27, but he is talking to Maya in fact i think they may even be dating already. Our whole family hopes they work out. Riker can get a little depressed after a break up because he thinks he'll never find someone.
"Is that a car door i here?" Stormie smiles. It was, i catch a glimpse of Riker's blonde hair, Maya must be in front of him because i didn't see her.
"Hi dear. "Stormie greets at the door. I can hear muffled sounds and foot steps entering the door. First i see Riker.
"Rike!" I shout and jump into my best friends arms. I haven seen him in a really long time.
"Hey Kit Kat." Riker just started calling me this because one day he offered me a Kit Kat and i refused because i just had eaten and he proceeded to shove the Kit Kat in my face.
"Oh, this is Maya." Riker tells me in my ear and smiles. "Be nice best friend." He adds. I nod.
"I'm Maya. Riker's girlfriend."
