Digging up graves in the middle of the night...That's not exactly 'witchy' business, but it is when you're eager to prove yourself. However as it so happens your magic doesn't come with a flick of a wand or a wish. Instead it comes in the worst of ways, in a way you had been warned never to attempt. Necromancy. 

It was hard to make friends with others in your age group who didn't understand what it was like to have a father who was a mortician and your mother a shaman. People generally grouped you into the weird category at college when you had parents with unusual careers and especially when you carried the blood of an ancient witch-line.
