george - at first george will just treat it as a normal day but will be more loving, then at night will surprise you with a date and presents like flowers, chocolate and a teddy bear.
alex - he will spoil you with anything you like, clothes, sweets, movies. basically he will agree to anything you want to do.
james - he will take you out on a cute little date and then later on will take you to do an activity of your choice like trampolining or roller skating, etc.
will - he will pretend like it's not an anniversary to annoy you but then he will make you wait in your room while he sets up a little picnic in your living room with your favourite disney movies and snacks.
