After the death of her boyfriend, a young woman is plagued by thoughts of him. All of her friends try to understand why she hasn't moved out of their house or why she hasn't fully moved on. The young woman gets in a car crash (near the ocean) on the anniversary of his death. Now in a coma, she is finally able to be with the man trapped in her mind. Before she's out of the coma, while laying in the sand with him she tells him "I don't wanna wake up from this tonight" but when she closes her eyes she is laying in a hospital bed, back in the real world.
