Adora Pov

I wake up at 7am trying not to wake up Catra but she did, so I gave her my shirt on my pillow so she could feel like she was cuddling me. I went to my class after about 20 minutes of getting ready and trying not to wake up Catra. I spent my first class,which was an introduction to the history of Etheria, taking notes and doodling iny notepad, mainly pictures of swords, cats and hearts.

After my class I headed to my next one which was a small writing class just for the extra credit. I went in and looked around for a seat, to see Catra in the back. "Hey Catra! " I called she looked up and saw me waving slightly. I head up to her desk and sit next to her "hey Adora what are you in this class? " I pulled up my note pad out. "Extra credit. " Catra nodded her head. "What about you? " I asked as she pulled her legs up onto mine. "I want to work in television. So I take film studies and drama and of course writing. " we talk for a while until the class properly starts, we have to write a story about the person next to us. Which lucky for me was Catra so I wrote a story about her in a fantasy world where she saves people from the evil knights, and Catra wrote a story about me graduating.

Her's had so much more detail than mine. She was incredible. The rest of the class was a lecture so when Catra got bored she wrapped her leg around mine and played with my foot. I tried not to laugh as we mucked about. My foot ended up on her side of the desk, the class ended and I was soon faced with the problem of how to get untangled from Catra. I pulled my leg the same time Catra pulled her's which caused us to both go flying to the ground, with Catra falling ontop of me. I looked up at her and blushed before she pushed me away and got up. "Come on, I've still gott flim Studies class. How about you? " I thought for a moment before answering "I have a free period where I will be in the library before one more class which is historical impacts. So I'll see you at out dorm afterwards?" Catra smiled and nodded her head "of course"

After my class I came back to the dorm to see Catra led on my bed reading one of my books. "Hey Catra, you having fun there? " Catra only nodded her head before going back to her reading. I laughed as I walked over to and sat on my bed. "What ya reading? " I asked her as I pulled my book out from my bag. "Your dumb history book. Like do you really need to know about the technology of the first ones? " I nodded my head. "Of course" I took the book from her and led next to her. "Classes today killed me. " Catra laughed at my moaning and turned towards me. "You need to stop moaning. " I laughed.

After dinner we led on my bed and watched Netflix. Catra ended up falling asleep on me, I woke up to her purring as she snuggled into my chest. I blushed like crazy, I didn't know she purred she's like a cat! I shout in my head as I watch her curl into a ball. I couldn't help but smile she's just perfect, I think I'm falling for her, but what if it doesn't work out and then we will be stuck as roommates! Millions of thoughts ran through my mind so I didn't notice Catra waking up. "Hey Adora" Catra smiled up at me before cuddling down into my chest again "hey Wild Cat. " when I said that Catra purred again. "How do you purr like that? " I asked laughing. I saw Cstra's blush so I pushed, "are you like half cat or something? " Catra turned away from me "I grew up around cats at the home. There was a stay mama and her kittens were the sweetest things so I fed them non Lacoste milk everyday, she was like my best friend I named one of the kittens Melog she was my favorite. " I smiled at Catra being so brave to tell me that, she must of had such a hard childhood, I brought her closer to me. "You make me smile so much Catra... " I breathed out before picking her up and standing so her arms were wrapped around my neck and her legs around my waist "Adora what are you doing?" I smiled at her nervousness and took her all the way to the kitchen table were I put her down.

I breathed out heavily in "Catra, I want to as-" before I could say anything else Glimmer called me I answered it quickly hoping it would take long.

G: Adora come to the lake were are all drunk and are going for swim.
A: Glimmer I don't think that's a good idea you could get hurt, is anyone sober?
G: Huntara and Scorpia
A: and what are they doing?
G: trying to keep Bow away from the lake.
A: I'll be down give me a min tell Hutara
G: okayy.

I looked to Catra and smiled asking "want to go keep some drunk people out of a lake? " Catra sighed "I won't be much help I can't swim. " I smiled and hugged Catra's back "hey its ok, you can keep everyone on land and this summer I'll teach you how to swim. how about that? " Catra smiled and grabbed my hand "come on the lets go. " she said as she rushed us through the door. Once we got there all I could see was mess, beer cans everywhere, vomit, crisp packets. I looked to Catra who was staring over at the benches where Socorpia and Huntara were, WITH FROSTA?! "OKAY WHO LET HER HERE?! " I shouted as I stored over to the only sober girls. "Sorry Adora but what we suppose to do? We aren't aloud to leave her. " Scorpia answered I sighed and as I looked over to Frosta I saw her in Catra's lap as they held eachother. But Frosta hasn't touched anyone like that since her mother died. I wonder what Catra said. I walk over to the two as Catra turns her head she must of heard me coming over. "How did you do that? " I asked bewildered. "Do what? " Catra asked but before I could say anything Frosta answered "Catra didn't ask me how I was, she talked to me like I was a human being and not some depressed child that everyone has to change their plans for. She never said sorry not once, and she talks like my mum. " Catra cuddled up into the small child "you take care of her and we'll take care of the less mature children. " I said which made Frosta laugh. I then proceeded to help the other sobers get everyone away from the lake. We then took turns in which was to take who back to their dorms.

Once we were done I looked over to Catra who was asleep with Frosta. I shook Catra and whispered "lets take her to her dorms Wild Cat. " Catra nodded her head smiling as she stood up holding the child close to her. We took her up making sure to be quiet the hole time and Frosta was soon in bed. As we were heading back to our dorm I held Catra's hand asked her. "So your good with kids? " it wasn't much of a question but Catra answered anyway. "When you are the oldest girl in the home you become the big sister type. I would always great the new kids, they always had some sad back story and I would always help them out. " I smiled at Catra who simply turned away from me to unlock our door. "So Catra I was going to ask you something before we got called away... " I sighed I can't believe I'm going to do this. Once we got inside Catra turned on the light and sat on the table "Yeah what was it? " her beautiful smile beaming at me. "Will you go out on a date with me? "
