Yazmin is now 4 years old and and Nova is 21.

Me and Yaz we're gonna go to the mall to get gifts and decorations for my friends baby shower. I was looking at pink and blue balloons and when I turned around to ask Yaz if it looked good, she was gone.

Edwins POV

Me, Tiffany, Maggie, Ansley, and the boys are shopping for clothes when we saw a little girl about 4 or 5 crying and circling the Fountain. I could've sworn I saw her before, I shake it off. We ran up to her and Zion picked her up.

"Why are you crying?" I asked

"Because I lost my mommy"

"We will help you find your mommy. What's your name?" Brandon asked

"Yazmin Angel Honoret"

I froze. That's why she looked familiar. As if Nova was on que, she went up to us and got Yazmin off Zion's arms.

Nova's POV

"Yazmin Don't scare me like that"

"I'm sorry mommy"

"Thank you so much and I'm so sorr-"

I looked up and instantly regretted it.

"Nova?"

"Edwin"

"Omg how have you been?!"

"IvebeengoodbutIreallyhavetogoimsorryIdlovetohangoutmorebutIcantokbyeee" I speed walk as fast as I can with Yazmin in her arms but someone grabs my hand and spins me around.

"Just let me apologize please."

"No Edwin. You already messed up and you can't fix what's already been done." I say as I turn around and walk outside. He didn't even dare to chase after me because he knew I needed time to forgive.
