11 - Debut

The day has finally come.

After everything that has happened for the past week, Ji-eun or should I say IU is going to debut! 

I can't say that I'm not excited but I want to see how well her debut will be. 

Jong-han: How do I look? Do I look okay?

(Y/N): You're the manager. Don't worry too much about your appearance. 

Jong-han: I know. I know. But what if they take photos of me and I look really bad. 

(Y/N): That's a good point. It's still up to you though I think you look good.

Jong-han: Great. Now where's Ji-eun? 

(Y/N): She's in her room getting dressed. 

Jong-han: I can't wait though! She's finally debuting! 

(Y/N): You are as well, as the best manager as you said. 

Jong-han: Shhhh. Don't jinx it. 

Ji-eun: I'm done! Let's go get prepared! 

Jong-han: You got everything right? 

Ji-eun: Yep! 

Jong-han: Then let's go in the car. (Y/N) I won't have time to show you where you'll be. 

(Y/N): That's alright, I know the way to the building. 

Jong-han: Great! Now let's go. 

One drive later...

I found my place and we were going to have rehearsals.

Starting with the mic tests and speakers. 

Then so on and so forth. 

Everything seemed alright on my end and everything else as well. 

I wonder how Ji-eun is. 

I'm pretty sure she's nervous, but then maybe not? 

I'm not too sure as she sometimes surprises me. 

Producer: Okay! Let's start the practice! Ready? and go! 

With the producer's command, I started playing the opening of the song. 

I've heard it a couple of times before and it was really good. 

As the opening ended, Ji-eun finally came out. 

She had that nice and soft voice which made me calm at times. 

Her voice was really just something and just watching her from here is amazing. 

With rehearsals finishing and the time for her to officially debut coming, we finalized and prepared. 

Producer: 5 minutes everyone! We're going live in 5 minutes! 

Here it is. 

The day we've all been waiting for. 

Producer: 3! 

Producer: 2! 

Producer: 1! and Cue! 

Just as we practiced, I played the opening and everything worked out. 

The debut was a huge success! 

Everyone met by the backstage and congratulated IU on debuting.

Ji-eun: Thank you everyone! 

Jong-han: Congrats again Ji-eun! Now everyone listen up! We will be having a team dinner tonight! 

Staff: Really???? 

Jong-han: Yes! The CEO is treating again! Let's enjoy our time tonight! 

Staff: YEAAHHHHHH

Oh ghad. 

Is this another drunk party? 

I hope not. 

(Y/N): Jong-han? Will there be drinks there? 

Jong-han: Yes! Water, Juice  and more! 

(Y/N): No I meant like will there be alcohol? 

Jong-han: OF COURSE! 

(Y/N): Ahh I see...

Welp. It's another drunk party. 

I should stop Jong-han this time. 

If he drinks way too much I'm screwed. 

That night...

Jong-han: CHEERS!!! DRINK MORE!!!

And I'm screwed. 

Jong-han's drunk right now.

Even IU is drunk, but I don't think that she's tha- oh she passed out. 

(Y/N): Jong-han, Ji-eun passed out.

Jong-han: Don't worry about that! She's just drunk! 

(Y/N): Yeah, that's what I just told you. 

Jong-han: I have to stay here and wait for the rest of the staff to leave, don't worry. I'll get a ride by someone here. 

(Y/N): Sigh~ fine I'll do it. 

Jong-han: Thanks (Y/N). I owe you one again.

(Y/N): Don't worry about it. Just get home safely alright?

...

(Y/N): Come on Ji-eun let's go home. 

...

No response. 

She's knocked out cold.
