Last night was the celebration of Dionysus, and Alexander was still yet to be crowned. He was only 19 at the time yet still very much a virgin. Almost all of the court had attended the ceremonies including his good companion Hephaestion.
Alexander was lean and short standing at around the 5'5 mark,
He was clean shaven due to the embarrassment of being unable to grow facial hair. He had womanly eyes with each being a different color (one brown and the other blue). But he also possessed a harsh voice when necessary.
Hephaestion on the other hand was much like other Greeks being dark of hair and dark of eyes. He followed his companions facial hair style and kept himself clean shaven. He was just as tall as Alexander if not taller by an inch.
