Almost everyone in the house was packing to leave, to go to this island in Nova Scotia to get the cure.

Can I please come. Davina begged, sitting legs crossed on Rebekah and Hayley bed as they packed

No. Davina, Rebekah answering walking back In forth from her dresser to the closet

Davina was about to get really mad but Elijah's voice stopped her "

Davina, can discuss something?"

She looked around and asked in disbelief "what thing?"

"You lost control yesterday, and now you want to go off on some trip. Elijah said standing right in front of her on the bed.

Hayley and Rebekah left the room seeing as is not there place to stay right now

"It's not like that. I just want to help. I didn't know what mikael was planning to do. I knew that he wanted me  and My power, but iam fine. And I want to come Davina said.

"Did you know that he wanted, did you know about the cure before he mentioned it?" Elijah asked .

She nodded.

"Did you think you could stop him?"

Another nod.

Elijah took a few steps away and sat on the couch in the room

"You say we are your family but your actions say otherwise. You wanted to face my father alone. How ?" Elijah said looking perplexed like Davina was a puzzle he couldn't solve.

"Because I can. I brought him back. He is my problem. And so I should be involved in finding the cure
Don't you think I should have the chance to help . Davina calmly said.

"So now we compare a 9 years old witch with a thousand years old vampires?" Anyone who doesn't know Elijah would think that he was amused but his eyes told the whole story he was furious of what he was hearing. "You are more arrogant than Marcel ever was as a kid. Not even Kol was like this. Full of himself like he could destroy anyone and anything just because he wanted to" he gestured for her to sit and she sat on a chair by his right
. "Okay Davina. Let's play your game. My mother wrote a few spells for us if we ever needed a strong witch like her. If the witch could perform them she would be deemed powerful enough to even stop an original.

Would you like to try?. After all, you perform a way advanced spells even witches twice your age can't perform. You resurrected the dead. You stood up burned down a forest  and now you want to help. Elijah asked glint of mischief in his eyes.

Davina looked at Elijah dumfounded. She thought a lecture was coming about how she wasn't powerful enough, and she might get hurt on the trip  etc etc. She didn't expect a challenge at all.

"I .. I accept" she would come later to regret uttering those stupid 2 words without thinking but for now she won't back down.

"Wonderful" Elijah said smiling. He got up and turned when she didn't follow him "shall we?". She followed him to the front of the Salvatore home but first he brought his mother grimoire. He took her to the woods. In a matter of five minutes he scanned the area to search for anyone whose out there but he found none.

"Now, this is the first spell. You will set this whole area on fire then you put it down just as easily as you set it"

She smirked.. the fire spell you do know that's my harvest element right. this is considered a beginners level even if it was on a bigger scale she could handle it.

"But, we will be in the middle of the fire. You and I. You contain the fire for a duration of 10 minutes and you don't let it burn us" it was Elijah's turn to smirk.
