Giyuu and I were still soaking wet in the rain as we walked back to the Demon Slayer Corps

I was smiling like an idiot as he held me close

Everything felt like fantasy

Everything went so smoothly

He likes me

He kissed me

He told me he loves me

I always took a glance at him, and I would catch him staring at me,

He would give me a small smile that made me blush everytime

As I felt the water get soaked in my Demon Slayer uniform, I wouldn't really care anymore

It was a special moment for the both of us, and I couldn't wait to tell Mitsuri the news, and Rengoku as well as he returns from his mission

"They're back!" Some Hashiras announced as they gathered towards the entrance

"Hey guys! Good job on your mission." Obanai said giving me a high five

"Y/N-chan! I missed you~" Mitsuri said giving me a tight hug

"I missed you too~" I said returning the hug

"You two should get dried up, you two are soaking wet." Gyomei said pointing to Giyuu and I's soaking wet clothes

"Yeah, we will. Thank you." I gave him a small thunbs up

"Wait a minute, wait a minute. What's this?" Mitsuri said, pointing to Giyuu and I holding hands

I immediately pulled my hand away, and Giyuu pouted

"Hey~"

"Sorry~" I said, giving him a kiss on the cheek

Mitsuri gasped, alongside other Hashiras staring at us

"Are you two dating!?"

I laughed a bit and blushed

"Not yet~"

"Yet!? Wait wait wait, you two confessed to each other!?" Mitsuri said squealing

Giyuu gave her a thumbs up

Mitsuri squealed more and she attacked me in a hug as I laughed

Once we pulled away we were both squealing and jumping around until someone came along to ruin the fun

"Wait who confessed to who?" I heard an annoying voice behind Mitsuri

"Who confessed to who!?" Shinobu said, almost shoving Mitsuri out of her way

"Hey! You can't just shove people like that!"

She didn't mind her, she just approached closer

"Who confessed to who!?" She repeated, getting so close to my face

"Shinobu-"

"Stop! I need to know!" She snapped at Obanai

"Shinobu calm down." I said slowly backing myself

She got closer and closer until I lost balance and fell to the ground

"Stop getting so close to me!" I gasped as she got closer and closer

"L/N-san~, it was Tomioka-san and you.. Right?"

I stayed silent, as I felt my back touching the ground, I was already laying down

"Answer me.. L/N-san.."

"Y-yes.." I gulped

"I knew it.." She laughed

"I-I didn't do anything-" I was cut off with a burning sensation on my right cheek

I gasped and held my cheek

"What did I ever do to you!?" I pushed her off me and stood up

"You took him away from me! I already warned you to stay away from him!" She yelled and tried to grab my hair

"Don't touch her!"

Giyuu immediately stepped infront of me as Mitsuri stood behind me and grabbed my arm

"Tomioka-san! I thought you liked me!" Shinobu argued as she tried to grab me

"Let us be, Shinobu! We aren't dating!"

"You're going to regret this!" She said bitterly and ran off

I stared in shock as I started shaking

The other Hashiras immediately gathered around me

"Y/N?"

"Y/N are you ok?"

"Are you hurt?"

"Her actions are definitely against the Corps rules"

"Her emotions really got the best of her"

"I-i'm ok.." I said, smiling slightly

"Let's just get you dried off.. You're going to get sick."

"O-ok.." I smiled at Mitsuri and thanked the Hashiras for the concern as I walked back to my house

I was laying down in bed, still fazed on what happened, I had placed in my uniform to dry

I had a really bad headache and I can't get up,

Mitsuri was sitting on my bed, holding my hand, as she checked up on me

"Y/N are you ok.. You're really pale."

"To be honest, I feel really warm right now.." I said, massaging my temples

She looked worringly at me and placed her hand on my forehead

"You're really warm.. I think you caught a cold for staying in your soaked clothes for too long.."

"I don't think it's that bad." I groaned from my headache, and sat up, only to be pushed back down by Mitsuri

"You're sick, don't get up, please just rest."

"I want to go check up on him." I said trying to sit up

Then I heard a knock on my door

"I'll go get it. Don't get up." She warned me as I laid back down massaging my temples

"Fineeee"

I heard the front door open and some chatter

"Hello Mitsuri, is Y/N here?"

"Oh yes, hello. She's actually sick, so she couldn't really stand up.."

"It's ok, I wanted to check up on her, I was really worried.."

"Go on."

The voice was really familiar and once I saw that person I can't help but feel my stomach explode in butterflies
