no I am NOT done talking about this book and you all get to suffer w/ me. anyways, underrated scenes in Network Effect let's go
-the beginning bit where the humans are like 'hey hows it going' and Murderbot replies with 'I've got it under fucking control' and everyone else just steps back like 'jfc alright'
-Ratthi trying SO HARD to be helpful when they're first attacked by ART and Murderbot being like 'for fucks sake go back upstairs'
-when the drone just completely slams Murderbot against the wall and knocks it out and then it treats the entire situation like a minor inconvenience
-Murderbot finding out ART 'dies' and going absolutely batshit
-Murderbots emotional breakdown and it denying to having a emotional breakdown while literally sitting against the wall with its heads in its hand
-Murderbot realizing teenagers are annoying but if anything ever tried to hurt Amena it would decimate it
-"you little idiot"
-any and every time Murderbot and ART interact
-any and every time Murderbot and Amena interact
-any and every time all three of them interact
-when they go over to the other ship and Murderbot is complete done w/ absolutely every humans bullshit
-"you guys are making a baby just so it can go off and get killed" "it's not a baby —"
-"I've already lost my crew, I won't lose you too" catch me crying in the corner
-how everyone is rlly respectful of Murderbots past trauma?? (like when they come across the dead SecUnit and everyone just drops the subject)
-Thaigo and Overse being super scared to drop while Murderbot is just like 'well time to watch Sanctuary Moon'
