God's Promises To You

When you feel...

·Useless: "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." -Ephesians 2:10

·Afraid: "The Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" -Psalms 27:1

·Empty: "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." -2 Corinthians 9:8

·Angry: "A patient man has great understanding, but a quick-tempered man displays folly." -Proverbs 14:29

·Weak: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." -Isaiah 40:29-31

·Discouraged: "Oh my soul, don't be discouraged. Don't be upset. Expect God to act! For I know that I shall again have plenty of reason to praise Him for all that He will do. He is my help! He is my God!" -Psalms 42:11

·Hopeless: "For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope." -Romans 15:4

·Hurt: "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me." -Matthew 5:10-12

·Frustrated: "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need." -Hebrews 4:16

·Rejected: "However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name." -1 Peter 4:16

·Vengeful: Do not revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." -Romans 12:19-21

·Lonely: "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he with me." -Revelation 3:20
