Akaashi's POV

We were having our afternoon practice and the gym doors opened and Kaori rushed in panting. "I need someone to look after Y/N!", she shouted. "What's wrong?", Bokuto-San asked.

"I have work to do with Miss Rei, and Shirofuku has to be here. So I need one of you guys.", she said in a hurry. "Kaori-San, cool down.", I said and she started shaking her head. "No,no, someone has to go now. If she wakes up and something happens to her again, then it's bad!", she said with such worried eyes. I found myself being pushed, I looked behind me and Konoha-San and Bokuto-San was pushing me. "Akaashi, will go!",Bokuto-San said smirking at me. Ahh....they aren't going to back down.

I looked back at him once more. "Don't worry, Anahori will toss to me. Right, Anahori?", Bokuto-San said and turned to Anahori and he nodded his head.
Kaori-San grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the gymnasium. "Hurry and go to the sick room. I have to go.", Kaori-San said and ran off. I slowly started heading to the sick room. I opened the door slowly and closed it shut. I sat next to the bed that Y/N was lying on. She looked so pretty. Her eyes would always lit up when she was happy and it would get kinda dark when she was sad or angry.

Yes, I noticed all this. Why? Because I'm falling for her.

Y/N's POV

My head was still hurting when I woke up. I opened my eyes and realized that I was not in my room. Wait....Did I faint?! I sat up at an instant, which made my head hurt more. "Ow...", I said as I rubbed my forehead. "Is your head still hurting?", a monotone voice asked and I knew who it was. I looked up to find Akaashi-San looking at me worried. "Yeah...kinda.", I replied. Why he is here? I mean...I actually like the fact that he is here...-wait he is here alone with me in a room. ALONE?! Oh my gosh....

You are going crazy. Wasn't your head hurting?

Now that it's mentioned. It actually hurts more. I rubbed my forehead again. "Here, have this. It's painkiller.", he said and handed me a cup of water with a tablet. It's been a while now, since I had the painkillers. And I was feeling better. Akaashi leaned forward and placed his hand on my forehead. Cheeks don't blush, cheeks don't blush, cheeks don't blush!

"You are still having fever-Oya? Are you blushing?",Akaashi said and looked at me smirking. Oh my gwad! I shook my head furiously and he chuckled. "You look cute.", he said still chuckling. He...he called me c-cute? Oh my gawd! This a dream! I raised my hand and pinched his cheek-AH!! IM NOT DREAMING! I felt his body tense but then soon relaxed. I pulled my hand away immediately, and I heard Akaashi chuckle again. "You thought this was a dream?", he asked smiling at me and I nodded sheepishly. I slowly removed the duvet covering my body and was about to get down, until I felt the same warm arms when I fainted, on my waist again. I felt my cheeks go red and I looked down. Akaashi's hands were on my waist helping me get down from the bed. I whispered a small thank you and he simply smiled in returned. I hardly saw him smile, even Bokuto-San said that he hardly smiled. A sound from my stomach came and I looked at Akaashi embarrassed. "Are you hungry?", he asked and I nodded. "Let's go grab a bite from the cafeteria, I'm sure even the others are there by now.",he said and we walked out of the sickroom and walked down the empty hallways.

It's now or never, ask him!

Okay, I will. Stop reminding me of stuff that I should be reminded of.

Gosh, I'm going crazy talking to myself. I took in a deep breath and turned to Akaashi. "So, do you like anyone?", I asked and he turned to me, but we were still walking forward. His cheeks went red but he soon mastered it and stayed cool. So, he does like someone.
