Tomorrow is the day of my wedding with Bo Gum and im really excited at the same time im really nervous

"Hyun Jin, today is your appointment with the doctor right?" Mom said, while feeding the twins

"I'll come with you." She said, and i nod

"Why did you come with me Mom?" I ask her while she's driving

"This is my last day with you as you are a single baby. I'll miss you." She said and she'e crying

"Omo, Mommy we'll still going to to stay there. We already talk about it, i will decide when we're going out the house. Don't worry mom, im still your baby. I said

"Okay, ofcourse you can't remove my feelings for you, you are our first baby and tomorrow you're not our baby anymore." She said and we both crying

My appointment with the Doctor went well, and this heart disease is still here and nothing's changing. We're here at the venue to check one last time

Im driving to Eomma and Appa's house, where are we going tho.
