Day 4

"Oh! There's Sophie-nee!" Yoichi pointed out at a girl wearing white uniform adorned with Alice academy batch while playing the clarinets as she marched with the rest of Active ability students in the marching band. Currently, Amy with the rest of her siblings, and classmates are watching the closing parade on top of the elementary roof.

There are also some students from middle school such as Tsubasa and Misaki there too, watching the parade. It was bustling with excitement for the lively marching down at the Academy's main road. While Yusaku since earlier taking pictures, hoping to save as much memory in their album- and for newspaper purpose. 

As they are busy watching the parade, Amy just surveying the area on the roof. 

'Ah! There he is...' Amy exclaim as she walked towards Koko. She called for his name, getting his attention,

"Koko, can I have a minute?"

Koko, with his ever smiling face, just tilted his head. At this, Amy pulled him to the side and say,

"I have a favor to asked of you... if you don't mind?"

"Why?"

"Can you... read Narumi-sensei mind? And also Noda-sensei too? They will come to the rooftop soon. I just need to confirm something"

At this, Koko just shrugged.

"Sure, but you owe me one"

"Nice, and don't say it out loud. I'll ask you later... Ah! Speak of the devil, there he is" she pointed out at Noda-sensei, who was greeted by the students from special ability after returning from a time trip who knows when.

"Thanks, Koko... "she smiled and walked away, her eyes turned cold while thinking to herself,

'Another chess piece moved- check'

Then, with the rest of the students, they head towards the assembly point, where all the students gathered for the closing ceremony.

"Congratulation Mikan~ Congratulations Hotaru~" Sophie cheerfully congratulating Mikan, followed by shoulder pat by Amy. The Special ability class won the special awards of the year while Hotaru won the newcomer awards. Everyone was busy cheering and congratulating one another, while some slowly head to their class area for cleanup.

Then, the moment came when Narumi approached Mikan, handing her a letter by her Grandfather- in which upon that, she broke to tears. Amy just look from afar as everyone surrounded her, comforting her. 

After a while, they all dispersed to their own direction. Her siblings went ahead to the dormitory after she replied that she was waiting for someone. Hence, they all leave, except for Koko.

He approaches her with a solemn look. She smiled,

"Thanks again, Koko. You don't need to tell me everything. I just wanted to know, did Noda-sensei really go to the past and met a woman carrying a baby?"

Koko nodded. She continues.

"Narumi-sensei went to visit Mikan's guardian... and what's the result?"

"...she..is adopted."

"... I see" then silence filled in between them.

"What was that? What's with their conversation? And how did you... " Koko asked.

"Do you wish to know? It could be dangerous..." Amy replied.

"How dangerous? Does this affect everyone?"
