Rose POV
The start of the next day was at dusk, and man did I hate this vampiric time schedule. The sun does burn, but I will definitely miss it.
"Did Abe send the boxes yet," Lissa asked, through the bond.
"I'll get up and check the door," I replied. "I really don't want to wear the same clothes twice." the bond rang bang. As I got out of bed, I heard a knock at the door. Got up to answer it, and looked through the peephole to see one tall Russian guy. I opened the door, and I greeted him, "Hey comrade, what's bringing you here?" Lissa then joined me at the door, both of us still in our clothes from the night before. "Headmistress Kirova, has informed me that you girls will report to her office for the first period today. I also came to notify you that four packages are in the lobby downstairs for you guys," Dimitri said, standing in the doorway of our dorm room. This room wasn't as luxurious as our room in Turkey, or as spacious as the one in the loft. Our room has a closet for hanging our clothes, and it has two twin sized beds on opposite sides, with a window in the middle. We have our own bathroom and shower which was a major upgrade compared to the other rooms in this dorm, a lot of them have community showers. "Thanks Guardian Belikov, we will report to the Headmistress' office and go get the boxes," Lissa said, softly. "I brought up two of the boxes already, and call me Dimitri," He said, with his Russian accent. "You didn't have to do that." I said, crossing my arms. "He's just trying to be nice Rose." I heard from the bond. "It was no problem. I do need to go start my shift though, so I better get going" he said, starting to turn and leave. "Thank you, once again guardian Belikov." Lissa said, as she left the dorm. We then went down to the lobby to pick up the two remaining, and brought all of them into our room. They said that they were from dad, and addressed to me and Lissa. We both laughed at this, and opened the boxes. The first box had the essentials like spray tan for me, tooth paste, femine products, some makeup, hair brushes, and other little things. The second box had clothes in it, since we wore the same sizes, we just decided to share our clothes. The third box had some pictures in it, one from us on our sixteenth birthday, another from us as children at the Dragomir house, a picture of us in Turkey the day that we got off the plane, a picture of Lissa's family when she was ten, and the last one on the top of the box was with me, Abe, and Lissa at one of his businesses conventions in London. There was a blanket below it, and when we started to take it out, I noticed that there were things wrapped inside. Four bottles of blood, that still seemed to be cold, and one last picture. We started to cry instantly at the sight of the picture, it was of our family in Caribou. It was the day before the attack, and we hated what happened after the day of the attack. While we were landing in Turkey, Sonya and Mikhail's car was attacked by strigoi. It was said that a tree had fallen in the road on the way to court, and when Mikhail went to move it Sonya was attacked. Mikhail couldn't react quick enough, and before he knew it both Sonya and the Strigoi were gone. No one has heard from Sonya since, and Mikhail only made a brief appearance at court, before he went looking for her.
We left the fourth box packed, and we got ready for our first night back at the academy. The time was starting to get to us, and if we didn't get moving now, we would be late for Kirova's office. We drank the blood that came in the box because it had been four days, and set off towards the office, skipping breakfast.

When we got to the office we took the placement tests over periods one and two. After they were done Kirova said that we will test my skills next not only in guardian theory, but in the gym. Lissa got to tag along, since they didn't know what to do since her magic was a secret. Headmistress Kirova walked us down to a classroom that I knew all too well, it was Stan Alto's. He didn't seem to like me all that, since before I left, I used to start fights here. Lissa laughed at my thoughts, everyone looked at her, but didn't say a thing. Third period had started about ten minutes, so we would be walking into the middle of their class. As we did this, I saw many old friends in the room, who seemed to be shocked to see me back. They were even more surprised to see Lissa walk in behind me.
