STEP ONE:Go into ibispaint and click on the '+' and then click import photo

STEP ONE:
Go into ibispaint and click on the '+' and then click import photo. Choose any photo you would like from your gallery.

STEP TWO:
Go into your layers and click on the '+' to add a new one and then set the blending mode to ADD.

STEP THREE:
Go into your brushes and scroll until you find the pen which says PEN (FADE). Then pick your desired colour (I recommend going for something that matches the colour scheme of you photo but you can change it up if you want!)

tip: if your colour is dark then i recommend you go for a lighter and more vibrant version of that colour, you can do this by clicking on the colour square and dragging the white circle in the coloured box to the brightest colour.

STEP FOUR:
MAKE SURE YOUR STABILISER IS TURNED ONTO 10 AND THAT FORCE FADE IS ON AND BOTH LENGTH OF START AND END IS AT 100!

STEP FIVE:
Draw a small semi circle on the bottom part of the eye. You should lower the opacity to about 50% and change the brush size to match the eye.

STEP SIX:Continue going over the middle of your stroke until it's brighter than the edges if you want a glow-like effect and or leave it if you don't want that
