I have started to watch the clone wars now that I recently got Disney+ and I was reminded of this ship by some posts on one of the star wars subreddits I joined. To get to the point no I don't ship them. I feel like they have a sibling like relationship. And as far as I can tell there is no sign of either of them having romantic feelings for the other. I think he is more like an older brother to her. Not to mention that Anakin already has Padme.
