*tony was peter to his room and tucks him into bed after he gets dressed and sits down next to him to say goodnight*
tony: goodnight peter if you need anything then you know where my room is
peter: i know thankyou goodnight tony
tony: are you sure your okay? i can stay if you want
peter: no no i couldn't do that to you again
tony: move up i'm getting in and you don't need to be afraid to ask okay
peter: okay i'm sorry but you really don't have too
tony: your right i don't have too but i want too
peter: *trying to hold back a smile* okay thankyou goodnight tony
tony: excuse me you forgot something
peter: oh i did? i'm so sorry what did i forget
tony: you forgot my night time hug silly
peter: oh okay aha
*peter hugs tony then lays down with his head on his chest and once again tony is stroking his hair they both talk for ages until tonys phone pings*
peter: shouldn't you get that?
tony: why
peter: it's most likely important
tony: nothing is more important to me then spending time with my son
peter: awh now you made me smile and i can't stop
tony: it's nice to see you smile now come on kid it's late get to sleep
peter: okay "dad" goodnight
tony: goodnight kiddo
*peter eventually goes to sleep and tony is thinking to himself. "does he think i'm joking" "he doesn't think of me as a dad" "does he seriously think i'm just joking around i really hope he doesn't" tony was just paranoid that's all he then looked at peter who was smiling in his sleep which made tony smile. he then went to sleep with peter still in tonys arms*
