I think that this is a very adorable ship. Eijiro would definitely lift Izuku up whenever he is feeling down, and the same goes the other way around. They are both very positive and would be able to keep up with each other's enthusiasm.
At times they may not be able to face some challenges head on due to both being pretty emotional at time. I do believe that they would be able to push through that and find their way through all of that.
Both would be able to see through the bad and find the good in situations. I think that Eijiro would be more down to earth than Izuku at times.
I also think that at times, they may need help at balancing each other but would overall do fine together in a relationship.
I would give them a 8/10!
