Kali's POV


"Are you okay?" someone asked behind me


I turned around and saw Minho and Hyunjin, we are inside the barrier. 


"Kali, are you okay?" Minho asked


I nodded. 


"Are you all okay?" Jeongin asked 


"Yes, we are fine" Hyunjin answered


Seungmin removed the barriers and Hyunjin stabbed Caitad who attacked me. 


"Are you really okay?" Hyunjin asked


"I am" 


"Are you okay?" Felix asked 


I walked towards Felix and whispered "Iogjarol" 


"K-Kali, w-what are you d-doing?!" Felix shouted as he struggled


"Kali! What the hell?!" Minkyu shouted as he tried to help Felix


I slowly lift Felix while choking him through the curse I whispered "What do you think, Felix?" 


"Put him down!" Jeongin shouted


"He is going to die!" Chan shouted as well


I saw how Jeongin tried to freeze me but it didn't worked. 


"Kali! Put him down!" Minkyu shouted again 


"Stizmora" I whispered and I am and Felix now surrounded by fire "What's your plan?" 


"W-What are y-you saying, K-Kali?!" he shouted and was trying to save himself


"Do you think I wouldn't know?" 


"K-Kali, put him down!" Maya shouted 


"You are killing him!" Changbin shouted


"Kali! Calm down, will you?!" Jeongin shouted


"He deserves to die!" 


"W-What?!" Felix is near to his death 


"Whatever that is, put him down, Kali! You two should talk! Let's not kill someone while we're carrying out the mission!" Hyunjin shouted


"Kali, don't be carried away by your anger" Xerena


I looked around and saw Xerena from far away "He deserve this. He betrayed us" 


"Let him explain" Xerena


"K-Kali..." Felix said and he is running out of breath 


"Prilous" I whispered, the fire was gone and Felix fell on the ground


"Felix!" Jeongin shouted and ran to Felix


"What did you do? Can you tell me what happened?" Maya asked me


"He is the traitor" I whispered


"W-What?! H-How did you-" Maya


"I just knew" 


"I can't believe this. He is the second highest rank. There's no w- Oh my gosh" Maya was shocked and covered her mouth


"Make it fast" I said and started walking


Maya ran and went beside me. I can hear footsteps behind me and I think it's the others. 


"I can't believe this" Maya whispered and still can't believe


How I find out? As Keizot told me to look around. I can see how his eyes' color changed and it's a sign that he is controlling someone. He was the one who controlled Caitad, the dark elf who attacked me. 


"Kali!" Jeongin ran and went beside me "Why did you do that?" he asked


"You can't know" Maya answered instead


I stayed quiet through our journey to the Kingdom of Riria.

Hours passed by, and it's already dark. 


"Should we take a rest?" Jisung asked


"He is right. It's already dark" Changbin said


"Kali, you should take a rest. You used your energy" Felix told me


I just stared at him and rolled my eyes. I went and sat under the tree, beside the river. 


"X-Xerena..." I called


She appeared on the other side of the river "What did you do? You almost killed the second highest rank"


"He deserves it"  

"I understand but you should've talked to him instead of killing him" Xerena


"What? How can I still talk to him after what he did? He tried to kill me using the dark elf. Isn't that what happened? You are betrayed by Culdar and cursed you and Keizot?"


"Kali, that's so long ago. Why are you bringing that up?" Xerena


"Because I don't want it to happen again. If he tried to kill me now, he will kill them also and he will be known as the one who saved the Kingdoms and its people"


"Kali, you do-" Xerena


"I'm sorry, Xerena. But I will do everything I know. I just hope you saw how Keizot was doing" 


"Y-You saw the King?" Xerena


"I did, he is also cursed. He is not dead, Xerena. He is now a dragon and he almost become a slave" 


"What?" Xerena


"Those dark elves chained him-" I stopped talking when Xerena disappeared

"Here" someone sat beside me and gave me a fruit "You should eat" Minho said 


"I don't need that" 


"You still need to eat. Sorry for being disrespectful but you really need to eat" Minho smiled at me


"Leave it there" 


"I promise, I will leave if you will atleast took a bite" Minho 


I quickly grabbed the apple and took a bite "Leave" 


"I will" he smiled and left me 


We are together always, how can he betray me just like that? He almost killed me if it weren't for Hyunjin and Minho who saved- No. It was Seungmin who saved me and even them. 


"Kali..." someone called again 


"Stay away from me" 


"Can we talk?" Felix asked


"No, stay away from me until we finish this mission" 


"Kali, let me explain" Felix


"Explain what, Felix?" 


"I know I was wrong-" Felix


I stood up "You are really wrong! You are going to kill me using that dark elf! You think I won't know?! Do you think I am a fool?! How can you?! You are with me ever since! H-How can you betray me?!" 


"Kali-" Felix


"You know that I trust you so much, right?! And I always believe that you are going to protect me always! But what did you do?! You tried to kill me! The one whom I trusted tried to kill me! Y-You are unbelievable" I felt my tears started falling 


"Hear me out" Felix


"Whatever your reasons are! I don't care, Felix! I am always with you and I always go with you because I don't trust anyone! You are the only one I trusted the most! How come you betrayed me?" I shouted and wiped my tears "From now on, I don't know you anymore..." 


I looked away and was about to leave when he held my wrist "B-Because I w-want to protect the princess..." he whispered


"P-Protect what?" 


"I want to protect the princess from you"
