Y/N's P.O.V

"Ill just answer this" I said to hyoseop who just nodded as his response I looked at the name and its jihyun my best friend ''Oh? jihyun unnie why did you call me?" I asked her

" I regret breaking up with my boyfriend"she said then I sighed "Then why did you do it in the first place?" I asked "Cause I don't know maybe I just had some lust over that guy i met at the gym but I love him"

I was about to say something when she cut me off "But he said he already has a girlfriend which made me so pissed" she said

"Hey you know what lets just talk about it tomorrow since I'll be moving to your neighborhood soon I might as well just ask you for a tour while talking about your ex" I suggested

"Your so smart , hehe see you tomorrow I love you Y/N ah" she said and made a kiss noise I did the same and ended the call.

I looked back at hyoseop who seems to be enjoying singing so I just sat down and listened to him sing

Hyoseop's P.O.V

I didn't mean to listen to their conversation but why is her bestfriend's name JIHYUN?! i mean jihyun is a preety common name in Korea but why?!

I just shook that thought off and just sang my favorite song love battery which is a trot song

She came back and sat down on the couch and just looked at me as I kept singing and I heard some giggles

"What is it Y/N?" I asked her "What?" and made an innocent look "I just didn't know you liked trot songs you remind me of my best friend back in high school you also have the same name coincidence right" she said a tear drop fell but she wiped it away quickly "Whats wrong with me today I keep on crying" she added and chuckled

She stood up and grabbed a mic I just looked at her "What you fell for me already?" she said and I had another flashback

- Flash back -

I was walking to school when this girl bumped into me "I'm so sorry i didn't see you" she said and bowed to me "Its okay no harm" I said and she looked up at me and I saw her beautiful face "You're new here right?" "Yes Sunbae" she said and I chuckled "I'm not your sunbae" she then looked at me confused

(A/N: Sunbae is like someone who is older than you professionally or in school someone older than you by grade like im in 8th grade and then my sunbae is an 9th grade)

"I'm new here too I just wanted to light the mood you looked so tensed" I said and she smiled at me "So wanna be friends" she asked me "Sure I guess who am I to reject you" I said and we both just laughed "Lets go inside and get our schedule" she said and I nodded

We headed inside and went to the office she went in first and I waited outside then i went after her

"So can I see your schedule?" we both said in sync and laughed for a while and exchanged or schedules "Broooo we have the same schedule" she said put her arms around my neck but quickly put it down "Sorry im just really used to doing that to my older friends" she said and smiled awkwardly

"Nah its fine im just not used to having a friend that does that and is a girl" I explained and she just nodded " So we've been talking for a while and I still don't know your name" I said and rubbed my neck "Oh its Byun Y/N yours?" she said then asked while raising a brow "Ahn Hyoseop" I replied and she nodded

"So should we go to class hyoseop" she asked "Sure but wait why did you speak informally to me?" I asked and she turned around "Are you older than me?" she asked "Yeah yeah I'm handsome and i look like I'm younger" I said and she rolled her eyes playfully " I didnt ask any of that i just asked if you were older"

"I'm 17 turning 18 next two months" I said and she covered her mouth and bowed to "I'm sorry I didn't know you were older I thought you and I were the same age"

"Its fine at least you know now" I said and started walking and she then walked beside me "So why did you transfer?" She asked

Sorry for the long update I was just really busy with school and stuff but Ill be posting a chapter once or twice a week depending on school work
