Ok so in this season. The antagonist is technically winston since he's trying to bring the group (clay ani jess etc etc.) he teams up with the jocks + diego and Estela.

Lets talk about how the writers robbed monty

So basically last season monty 'died' but we never got a death scene. And guess what,,,,WE NEVER GONNA GET ONE. Cause they never showed a canon death scene for monty nor does he get a funeral like what? Like im sorry but bryce was a SERIAL R*PIST WHITE RICH MAN WITH ZERO PROBLEMS IN LIFE. And he got a second chance in court AND got a funeral? Maam the bar is low. Monty should've got redemption and lived so we can see more wonty scenes and have the viewers show that change and second chances are possible.

Best ship in 13rw wbk. However, season 4 acts like winston DOESNT REMEMBER MONTY. He done told al*x that hE wAs tHe fIrsT bOy tHaT evEr tRuLy lOved....DOES MONTY LIKE NOT RING A BELL SIR? Winston really didnt turn in alex because he "still loves alex." Alex x winston is HORRIBLE. I said what i said. Wonty outsold. A lgbt interracial ship that the writers thought it would be quirky to flop. However we do get a dance scene at the prom
With ghost monty and Winston which was a cultural reset but still. Also they never like explain the wonty and the clannah parallels. They better give us a wonty spinoff yuppp.

i love estela sm like she a softie and whatever but we didnt need her 😭😭 she had no further person and it looked like she didn't even give a shit about monty. Sis barely even cried like maam-.... she had no purpose to be in this season since she was irrelevant.
