Sevs pov

Why arent they holding hands? They confessed they fancy eachother right? Maybe they are just stupid, I wouldnt know. Tom's looking at harry with worry and trust... after all my years here I didnt know he could have such feelings.

"Sev, are you okay?" Harry said as tom waved his hand in front of my face.

"Sorry yeah, just thinking" I replied pushing Tom's hand away.

"Well, what are you thinking about? You looked really troubled" tom said closing his book to put all his attention on me.

"Nothing! I promise, just over thinking" I said, oh how embarrassing it would be to say "oh I was just wondering why my two bestfriends arent dancing around Hogwarts hand in hand"

"Alrighty then, are either of you going to hogsmeade tomorrow?" Harry asked.

"Yeah, I think I will, are you?" I asked tom

"May as well, dont want you two having all the fun" he said jokingly. Harry watched as tom went back to his book completely closing us off from his world. Harry blushed when Tom's face changed as he read along

"Harry... you should talk to him" I said kicking him under the table

"No! Hes my friend now, it wont be a very joyful conversation" harry mumbled before hiding his face in his hands. I sighed, I do get what harry was saying but really? I mean they are constantly eye fucking eachother!

"Promise to talk to him soon?" I said sighing. Harry nodded his head and pulled a random book from his bag and started to read.

Tom's pov

They were talking like I wasnt even here, yes I did look like I had zoned out but I was right next to them and could hear their conversation. I was now beyond curious of what it was there were talking about. Harry pulled a book from him bag and began to read, I slammed my book shut to get my friends attention and then sighed rather dramatically

"What on earth are you two talking about?" I asked. Severus looked at harry nervously but harry shrugged

"Nothing"

"Then why does it seem so important?" I asked getting a little angry. Harry sighed and looked down at his book

"Please, harry-"

"Shut up tom!" Harry yelled cutting me off.

I stared at him as he shoved his head into his hands. I sighed and grabbed my belongings and stood to make my way out of the library but as soon as I stood harry stood also and grabbed my arm pulling me towards him. He grabbed the side of my face and kissed my lips gently. I gasped and pulled away surprised

"Harry" I mumbled surprised. Harry was the one that went to walk away but I grabbed his waist and pulled him close to me, slowly I moved my face to his letting our lips touch.

"Not now. I dont wanna be that awkward one" Severus mumbled, harry smiled and pulled away

"You were fanboying for this to happen" he said to Severus as I hid my red face in Harry's neck. I let my hands drop to beside my waist, soon Harry's hands found mine and it felt like we were back to the day in the rain, our hands slowly locking.
