Inuyasha and Kagome's story

Chapter 2

I was awkened by the sun. I opened my eyes I wasn't outside anymore, I was in my bed. Kikyo was gone, but Inuyasha was sleeping soundly next to me . "Inuyasha?" Inuyasha sat up. "Where's Kikyo?"

"She's playing with your mother," Inuyasha whispered.

"Are you still upset?" I asked.

Inuyasha shook his head, "no, to think I was jelouse of tenth graders."

"Wait, why were you jelouse? do you seriously not trust me?"

"Of course I trust you, but for some reason I can't help feeling jelouse."

"Kagome, my friends are here," Sota said.

"Okay, I'm coming."

"I'll stay here."

"But I thought you wanted to come with me?"

"I do, but I'm worried that I'll scare them off."

"Okay, I won't be long." I walked out of my room and followed Sota to his room.

"Everyone, this is my sister Kagome."

"Wow, she really is pretty," one of his friends said.

I smiled, "thank you."

"Where's your husband?" One friend asked.

"Yeah, Sota said we'd get to meet him," said another.

"Do you want me to go get him?" I asked.

"Yeah!"

I walked back to my room."

"You're done already?"

"Not exactly, apparently they want to meet you." Inuyasha followed me to Sota's room. "This is Inuyasha." One of the boys got up and pulled one of Inuyash's ears.

"Ow, you brat, those are attached."

"Um, there's something you should know about Inuyasha, he's a half demon," Sota explained.

"What? Really? That's so cool."

"Sota? Inuyasha and I are leaving now, okay."

Sota nodded, "Okay."

Inuyasha and I left the room. "I kind've want to go into town today so I can show Kikyo around."

"Okay."

"Would you like to come?"

"Of course."

"Kikyo?!"

"Yes mommy?"

"Do you want to go into town with me and daddy today?"

"Yeah."

I picked her up. "Okay then, let's go." The three of us left the shrine, and headed into town.

"Kagome, is that you?"

I turned around and saw one of my friends approach me, it was Yuka. "Yuka!" I handed Kikyo to Inuyasha and ran to Yuka. I gave her a hug.

"Last time I saw you was the day of graduation."

"Yeah, something came up and I had to leave."

"Where did you go?"

"I..."

"Wait, is that Inuyasha?"

I turned around. Inuyasha was in the middle of playing with Kikyo.

"What's with the ears?" Yuka asked. "I've never noticed them before."
