(Yo, this restore function is annoying lmao)
Movement across the island occurs on this screen.
You may move by using the analog pad. Holding the cross button allows you to run.
By pushing the left and right arrow buttons, you may move to the next location instantly.
Should the cursor indicate an interesting spot, you can enter it by pushing the circle button.
I am certain you have noticed by now, but there is an electronic pet inside your handbook.
This pet grows according to the number of steps you take. Please try to walk as much as you can without using a map jump.
If you can make your pet grow, you may even get a small reward. Probably.
You and Nagito had set out onto the main Island pathway along with Hajime, who didn't seem as excited as you were about making new friends. He seemed nervous, as if he really wanted to get the exchanges over with. You and Nagito were making conversation until you stopped, spotting a building in the distance.
"Is that an airport?" You gasp, pointing at the gates facility that seemed to tower a few feet. It was, obviously, a very big building close to the beach. There were runways behind the building and a tall tower-like structure glued-- or cemented, rather, to the building.
"Of course that's an airport, what else could it be, a Ship?!" Hajime retorted, rewarding him a glare from Nagito.
"Now now, Hajime. I know you're all upset from the heat and actually having to make friends, but no need to take it out on Miss (Y/N), here."
"Whatever." Hajime responded, his voice monotone.
Hajime was...something. He always seemed on-edge and irritated, so when greeting him you made it short and simple. He doesn't seem to open up quickly, and you respected that. Something like Hajime's behavior was normal to you since you had dealt with many people such as he.
"Aw, it's nothing, Nagito. I'm serious! He's just as nervous and tense as everyone else is I mean," You stopped, the thought actually hitting you before you made your way to the entrance of the big building.
"How bad could they possibly be?"
As you were about to open the door, Nagito walked in front of you, opening the door himself and ushering his hand.
"I insist, Miss." He spoke gently and happily. You just met him but something made you trust him. Even so, there was still an uneasiness about him, but you shrugged it off, keeping it at the back of your mind.
'He can't be bad...can he? I mean, he's so nice amd friendly.' You thought as you entered the building, looking around. When Hajime entered, Nagito closed the door and put his hands in his pockets. You heard Hajime whisper harshly, but it was incoherent to you, and you didn't mind that. In all honesty, you were too busy looking at the luggage belt chugging along with luggage.
"Huh? Luggage?" You took note of that for some reason. Your eyes began to shift, looking at the somewhat harsh light filtering the room. The light from the Sun was so natural, as if the airport used that as the light in this large room entirely on the daily. Your (E/C) orbs wandered over to the two other human beings in the distance. One was of a tall, gothic looking man, keeping to himself as he seemed to be thinking of something. The other was facing away, as if they were observing something outside. The way the man dressed felt like it matched the aesthetic with the planes outside, the bright yellow jumpsuit and black beanie. He was turned away, so you couldn't make out the person.
"…Airplanes?" Hajime blurted out, making you turn to face him. It wasn't a question of wonder, more like a question hinting that maybe there was a way to get off the island!
"Does this mean… we can fly off of this island?" Hajime questioned aloud, you too distracted to see a man walking over to them. Does that mean you all would be safe? Not like you weren't already.
