(Kirishima's POV)
As we walked to the nurse I noticed that Bakugo was staring at me.
Not in a bitter way.
"You okay Bakugo?"
He turned away and stopped walking.
"Bakugo?"
He looked down and I heard him grind his teeth.
It must've hurt..
"I don't get people like you.."
People like Izuku..
"You're way too nice to people like me.."
He said looking up and walking towards me in an angry manner.
"Bakugo, I just thought you could use a friend!"
He looked down.
"So this is a pity thing, huh?"
Had I messed this up?
"No! I am also in need of a friend! Plus, I think you're pretty cool, pretty manly!"
He looked at me confused.
"Manly?"
He smirked.
"Yeah! The way you went to punch that guy for your friend! So loyal, and we just met too!"
Bakugo looked away from me and crossed his arms.
"Whatever, lets get you to the nurse for ic-
"I don't really need any! Plus, she'd ask how I got hurt and then we have to repeat what happened which.. Isn't the funnest thing to do.."
I said scratching the back of my head.
"Alright, so we just wait till next class?"
Bakugo asked.
"Sure!"
I said smiling.
"Hey.. Uhm, Kirishima?"
"Yeah?"
"Wanna come over my house after school? We could just.. Talk? Or.. Actually nev-
"Ok!"
I said.
"Wait.. Really?"
Bakugo questioned my response.
"Yeah, it would be nice."
I said laughing genuinely nervous.
"Why are you laughing?"
Bakugo asked confused.
"Because, no one has ever invited me to their house before."
He gave me a look of pity.
It's true..
No one has.
"Though.. You don't feel uncomfortable? I mean, we did just meet."
I asked without thinking.
"Oh.. Well, you seem really excepting.. And you remind me of an old friend."
Friend?
You have a funny way of showing appreciation for your "friends" Bakugo.
The bell then rang as we stood there in the hall way.
We walked together to next period.
Now thinking over everything..
