I took off down the road with absolutely nothing with me except an old picture of my parents shoved into my back pocket.

I thought about going into Mr. Baker's again, but I already felt as if I were enough of a burden to him.

So instead, I walked about 3 buildings past Mr. Baker's and went into an alley.

It was freezing outside and pretty disgusting, but anything was better than being back at the house. I wasn't even sure what to make of that place anymore.

During the day, I would go to Mr. Baker's for a few hours. But by the afternoon I would spend most of my time walking around Strawberry Fields.

Sometimes when I was at the store Brian would come in. The Beatles seemed like they were staying in this part of town for a while, for Brian visited almost daily for about 2 months now.

Occasionally one of the boys would come get him when he had been in the shop too long and they needed him. I never spoke to any of them, though. They didn't really look like they wanted anything to do with me. They almost scared me, in a way.

However, when it started to get dark I'd leave the park and go back to the alley, in between a bakery and hardware store. I didn't tell Mr. Baker where I had been staying, I couldn't have him offering to take me in or anything. He's done enough for me.

I looked up at the sky and noticed it woulnt be long before the sun would completely set.

I sighed as I got up and started walking, I know I should get back before I'm walking in the pitch black.

As I got closer to the bakery, I heard, as usual, girls screaming outside the hotel 4 buildings away.

I almost rolled my eyes as I approached my alley, but suddenly grew curious.

'Hey, what the hell.' I said to myself as I passed by my new home and walked quickly to catch up to the crowd of girls.

I stood with the crowd for a long time, actually. They all knew which floor the boys were on and screamed exceptionally loud every time they heard or saw one of them from their window.

"JOHN, I LOVE YOU!!"

"RINGO WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

"PAUL YOURE SO CUTE!"

"GEORGE HAVE MY CHILDREN!!"

My god, these girls were crazy.

After maybe two hours, the crowd started to die down. I, however, had nothing better to do.

I couldn't see or hear them anymore, and all the girls had gone home. I didn't want to stand looking up anymore, but I also did not want to go back to the alley right away. I looked around and slowly began to wander around the hotel.

As I walked I hummed "I Want to Hold Your Hand" under my breath as I turned my head back. I instantly gasped as I saw the sky.

The starts looked amazing.

I sat down on the floor right away so I could see better.

Something about looking at the stars was so comforting, I couldn't explain it.

I continued to hum as I looked up at the sky. Before I knew it, my eyes had closed.
