Its never enough

You think they care for you? You're doing everything wrong,
I keep trying my best, but I'm just not that strong.
Don't you see the look in their eyes? They don't want you!
With each passing day and night, the voices grew.

You'll never be the princess in the fairy tale,
The doubt leaked in and my mind grew frail.
They're using you, that's why they keep you around,
They clouded my brain and I heard not a sound.

You know how easy it is, you've done this before,
Just a couple steps more towards Death's Door.
Do it, It'll get rid of the pain,
What do I truly have left to gain?

Just drag the blade across your wrist,
It had taken hold and I couldn't resist.
Fight as you may, your time grows nearer,
Of anger and sadness I would be the bearer.

Once, twice and thrice, the blood flows down,
In the end, I was just their clown.
As light shall fade out and darkness shall overcome,
To my Demons I shall finally succumb.

And the last laugh will be their,
Cause life is in no way fair.
