Kidnapped

Our Son

Rose's Pov
Today me and Scorpius woke up to Cygnus crying, he (being the best husband ever) told me to go back to bed as he took care of our son. I checked the time and it was already around 6 am so I decided to go help with the baby. I walked into the nursery where I found Scorp trying to rock him to sleep, "Scorp, you're doing it wrong; he falls asleep faster when you bounce him rather than rock. Here, let me show you" I grab my baby boy and softly bounce him up and down until he drifts asleep. I place him back in the crip, grab Scorpius's hand, and drag him back to bed."Come on, we still have another 3 hours until we have to get up." he chuckles "Goodnight Rosie" he kisses me, and we both fall asleep.

I wake up again at about 9 am and I can feel an absence in the bed so I look over and find that Scorpius isn't there. I get up in order to go check on Cygnus since I can't hear him crying, I walk into his room only to find that both of my boys have fallen asleep on the chair. I grab my baby boy and shake my cute husband awake "Scorp! Wake up!"He slowly opens his eyes and smiles at me.

Scorpius Pov

Rose shakes me awake and I smile at her beautiful face, "hey beautiful" she just laughs at my remark. I stand up and grab my son from Rose and spin him around the air, he giggles as I bring him back down to me and Rose. "Hey sweetheart," I start "should we tell your parents about Cygnus?" She looks up at me and slightly frowns "I guess we should. "she tells me."Well, we could go today and see them, and any other members of your family you need to tell."I tell her. We both decide that we need to tell her whole family at once, so she sends a patronus to each member of her family, and they all decide that we should all meet at the burrow. After receiving the message from her family we call one of the house-elves to bring us breakfast so we could spend more time with our little boy. After breakfast, Rose put him down for a nap and we went into the lounge to read. A little after noon me and Rose left Cygnus with my father so we could go talk to her family before telling them that we had a son.

We apparated to the burrow where the Weasleys and all of Rose's other family members were waiting for us. She hugs them while I receive multiple handshakes from her uncle's and male cousins, along with a hug from Albus. "So, we have something to tell you." Her voice is very calm. Her mother looks a little anxious towards Rose as she asks "what is it, sweetheart?"" Well, " she begins and I grab her hand for support and she looks at me thankfully before continuing "we have a son". The entire room is quiet until Rose's grandmother speaks up " Can we meet him? " "sure" Rose replies. She gives me a look so I apparate on the spot to get my son.

When I arrive my father is holding him with the most love I've ever seen him give someone. "Hey Dad, can I have my son?" he suddenly notices my presence in the room "Of course son." and he hands me the little baby. I tell him thanks before apparating back to the burrow. Molly Weasley immediately runs up to me and fusses over the little infant. "What's his name?" she asks, Rose responds "Cygnus Tsvetan Malfoy" Molly just continues fussing over the little boy while Ron very slowly walks up to her son in law and grandson. Scorpius notices this and looks at his father in law"Would you like to hold him Mr. Weasley? " Ron looks absolutely shocked but accepts the baby into his arms and he can't help but smile at the newborn. Rose joins her father and smiles at her down son who reaches out toward her,wanting to be held by his mother. She grabs her son and he giggles. The three Malfoys stay and chat for the rest of the day with the Weasleys and Potters before deciding they needed to head home before dinner. The Rose held her son close as Scorpius grabbed her hand and the two side apparated with Cygnus back to their room in Malfoy Manor.

Once they appear back they are met with Lucius standing there waiting, "Well, do you need to introduce me to my great grandchild." Scorpius stands strong "Grandfather this is my son Cygnus Tsvetan Malfoy."  Lucius Malfoy's mouth creates a slight smile as he says "good" before exiting the room. Rose pulls her little boy even closer as she starts to cry. Scorp hugs his wife with tears in his eyes. After they both calm down the two adult get changed and she changes the little boy.

Scorpius puts the newborn to bed and he and Rose walk down the hall to meet the rest of the Malfoys for Dinner. Once they both sit down at the table a house elf appears and delivers the food . The five people dug into their meal and like normal the meal remained silent. After the meal was over Scorpius excuses himself and Rose before leaving check on their son. Like expected the little boy is sleeping peacefully ,and so the two went to bed.
