This is Cuphead, wearing one of Mugmans Hoodies!
Basically Mugman went to get the Contracts and Left Cuphead at Home. It's been a long time since they've seen eachother, so Cuphead decided to write him a small letter. I completely forgot about this pic! Now I ask myself why I created this.
