Hey.... Im y/n and today is gonna be a bit different than the rest....im starting a new high school today and im really excited about it!
6:30am
You alarm had just gone off so you got up and started getting dressed, you put on a white crop top and some black skinny jeans, then you grabbed your jean jacket and headed downstairs for breakfast.
Your sister was already awake so you got some cereal and had a chat with her.
"you exited for the first day of 9th grade?" she asked you
"uhh yeah i guess, my friend goes to this school and she said theres a extremely cute guy there, she said we can meet him when i arive... I still dont know what he looks like because she refused to send me a picture of him!!" you said back to your sister
" ohhh yeah, do you know his name? " she said curiously
" yeah... Hes called peter! " you told her
" ok, ok thats a cute name ' your sis responded
"yeah... I wanna know what he looks like though!!!" you said
"ok... Try and get a picture of him or something, like put your phone in your back pocket and take a video of him, idk just do anything... Alsoooo text me if he talks to you!!" your sister said
(your sister is 20 and is very supportive about your love life and will do anything to find the right match for you!)
*time change*
*at the school gates*
" HEY GIRL!!! " shouted nella
(nella is your bff who told you about peter)
" hey girlyyyy" you replied
"ok so where is peter!!!" you asked nella
"hes over there!!!" she said back
"ok right im gonna go over and introduce myself!" you said
"ok girl, i see you!" nella laughed
"go get your mans!" she told you.
You just laughed
You walk over to peter and say this...
"oh hey!" hes said before you could speak
"ohhh heyyy you must be peter, im y/n and im the new girl here i actually came from london but because my family wanted to move to America i somehow ended up in queens!" you told him
You could already tell that you were blushing like crazy and you had butterflys in your stomach
" wow! Thats so cool! I actually used to live in london and i was made to come here because i am staying with my aunt for a while."peter told you
" oh wow so i guess we have a similar story! "you said nervously
" yeah... "peter said
You looked up at peter who was also blushing and he looked at you, you were both staring at each other when
*RING*
The first bell had gone off saying we should walk to our first class.
You walk into your first classroom and sat at your desk but not too shortly after everyone had settled down the teacher called you to the front of the class
"listen studants! Today we have a new studant join us." the teacher said
"hi im y/n" you said to the class
You could feel everyone looking at you but you were too focused on looking at peter who was sat at the back of the class
You quickly sat back down at your desk and then started doing some maths in your notebook
*1 hour passed when the next bell rang*
"ok studants time for break, go and put your bags in your lockers and go to the main field where you have break time!" the teacher announced
As the class was walking to their lockers the teacher stopped you and peter......
"do you two mind staying behind for a second?" the teacher asked you and peter
"no not at all, what do you need to talk about!" peter said calmly
"y/n?" the teacher asked you
"oh yeah sorry, no i dont mind staying for a second!" you told the teacher
"ok peter, do you mind being y/n's school guid?" the teacher asked Peter
"no of course! It will be fun to get to know y/n at the same time!" peter replied
"do you have anyone you would prefer to be your school guid?" the teacher looked at you
"no! I was actually talking to peter this morning before class, so i think we will be just fine together!" you told the teacher
You walked out of the classroom with peter and he said to you
"hey you go to the main field and make some friends or something, i just need to go do something..."
"oh ok!" you said
You hid behind a corner and watched peter walk into the library and start writing in on of the books. It didnt look like a reading book so you just assumed he was signing up for a reading competition
You met nella on the field and asked her if she knew why peter was writing in one of the books.
"ohhh you saw him writing in a book... Ahhh ok so umm was it a big brown book with gold writing on the front?" nella asked
"umm yeah i think so, why... What is it!" you said to nella
"ok, ok so theres this book in the library for 9th grade, its called the crush book, if you ever have a crush you write there names in the book and a little note for them but you dont say who its from... For example lets say if i was a boy and i had a crush on you, i would write your name down, then put a small note to you saying something like this 'i want to tell you how i feel but i just cant, your eyes are so beautiful, i get lost in them!' do you understand now? "nella explained
" uh yeah! Thats so cool! Can i go write someones name? "you asked nella
" yes girl, go for it! " nella hyped you up
You go down to the library and open the book, you grab a pen and start writing...
' peter<3 ummm so i want to tell you how i feel but i feel like we havnt known eachother for very long so i feel like it would be very awkward...' you shut the book and turn around but to your suprise peter was there! He was looking over your shoulder as you were writing!
"oh god! You scared me!" you told peter
"oh sorry... Why are you here?" peter asked
"oh ummm just writing someones name in the crush book..." you said awkwardly
"WAIT DID YOU READ WHAT I WROTE!" you screeched
"ummm yeah kinda but i actually saw you coming to the library so i thought i would tell you how i feel about you..." peter said blushing
"wait but didnt you write someones name in here earlier?" you said to peter confused
"umm yeah..." peter said quietly
"ok then so got tell them how you feel instead of talking to me, because i know for a fact that the girl you wrote in here would be lucky to date you!" you said yo peter before starting to walk off
As you were walking off peter runs up to you and holds your hand...
" what are you still doing here!!! Go and tell that lucky girl that you like her! "you told peter
" listen! I like you!!! "peter says to you
" what! Wait is this a joke because i like you too! "you said confused
" no its not a joke i really do like you, and i know we have not know eachother for long but the moment i looked at you i could tell that you were right for me! "peter confessed
You stared at him in disbelief and then... He kissed you! You kissed him back!
[ you two start dating and have sleepover most weekends, you sometimes have dinner at his house and he comes to yours too, you have met his parents and he has met yours! Next week your family and his family are going bowling!]
