This is important.

You guys have no idea how important you are to me, and I love you all so much, but I'm taking a break. It's not going to be a long break, I'm just not feeling... let's just say im not feeling the happiest right now. I just need to think, and clear my mind, but there is one thing i do want to tell you.. if you like helping other people or being their "hero",  and you are sad or whatever else, but you constantly are being their hero, just stop.. It's hard for people to help others when you can't help yourself.. basically what I'm trying to say is if you are like that, stop being their hero, and be your own first..
