he is able to make it rain candy, snow whatever as long as it is counted as a rain and it exists
Back-story: he was abandoned at a orphanage, taking up the hobby of cutting trees to help the orphanage when one day he felt a sudden sting and blacked out when in fact he was killed and beheaded while holding a bloody axe which the killer placed in his hand and he was also holding a Juniper pine seedling
He was like that until the ringmaster found him and pitied him, bringing him back to life, he now wears a hood or a burlap bag over his head to make sure his head doesn't fall off
Others: don't be surprised if you see a child's head somewhere in the circus but if you do bring it to his body because sometimes the poor boy loses his head literally
