renjun and jaemin have been best friends since college. but jaemim never got to tell jeno, since he left that same day jaemim was going to introduce renjun to jeno.
jaemin suffered the first months of jeno's absence. he tried so hard to search for him through social media, called tons of numbers, just hoping, if he's lucky, jeno would pick up the phone.
renjun helped jaemin get through that by giving both of them a favor by getting a job in the city. they're both in the same field, so renjun didn't have that much problem.
renjun's uncle owned the restaurant so they never had any struggles getting in. in jaemin's first days, he was already complimented by a lot of costumers and the owner of the restaurant, making him the head chef and renjun coming after him.
renjun has always been beside jaemin. he never showed that much of affection towards jaemin, but he took care of him in a discreet way.
renjun has a boyfriend already, but if jaemin needs him, his love life would come second. jaemin's his priority and jaemin is of course, grateful for that.
he often thanks renjun, but renjun would feel an awkward atmosphere and would change the subject as fast as he could. jaemin loves to tease him by continuously thanking and complimenting him.
"shut up or i'll cut your throat." renjun would always tell jaemin.
and jaemin would respond with, "aw, weally? wuv u."
and that's how their friendship works.
