"seth," sasha whined, seating herself beside him on the couch. his eyes travelled away from the tv and over to her. "can we do something? i'm bored," she huffed.

they decided to take this as a relaxation day after a busy few days of touring around paris...well more like seth decided.

"just watch tv with me," he suggested, lightly grabbing her arm and pulling her body closer to his. she fought out of his grip, pushing herself back.

"no!" she exclaimed, "we're in paris and your sitting on the couch watching tv!"

seth shrugged, "it's not a big deal. we have the rest of our lives to visit again," he said, giving a slight chuckle.

sasha crossed her arms with a childish pout on her face, "well maybe you do, but this might be the only time i get here," she complained.

"no, no. i promise we'll be back," he assured, grabbing her hand and intertwining their fingers. "promise."

"i'm going to ask her roman. i'm ready, i'm really ready," seth said through the phone, trying to keep his voice low. sasha was currently in the shower while seth lay relaxed on his bed. the two were going out for dinner in the hotel restaurant later that evening so sasha made sure she took her time to get get ready.

"your one hundred percent sure on this?" roman asked. he was protective over seth, but that didn't mean he had to stop his best friend from living his life. he came to realize that after hearing the endless stories of how much sasha made him smile this vacation.

"one hundred and one," seth insisted, "i just don't know how to ask her. do i just ask? do i give her a gift with the question? maybe i-

"just ask," roman chuckled, "don't make this relationship all about i can buy you this and i can get you that. she's not like that."

"i know i know but sh-

"she deserves the world yatta yatta yatta, i know," roman finished. he'd heard the same story over and over. he knew seth's words by heart now. "have fun bro, tell me how it goes."

"your outfit is stunning," seth complimented eyeing the girl
from across the elevator. she blushed, moving the strand of blue hair from out of her face.

"i mean you did buy me it," she smiled. today she wore a black dress that dropped down to the floor, a train of fabric flowing down the back. it hugged her body perfectly and complimented her slight curves.

"probably the best purchase of my life," he mumbled. once the elevator came to a halt at the ground floor, seth grabbed sasha's hand. the two walked into the restaurant where they were quickly seated as seth had made a reservation.

"so have you talked to your mom?" seth asked, causally biting down on the end of his breadstick. he watched sasha's facial expressions drop from happy to annoyed.

"i mean yeah," she sighed, "but i'm still pissed at her. i'm going to get home and my father is going to be there, probably ready to take off and leave again."

seth frowned. maybe sasha had never had a heartbreak over a boyfriend, but her dad broke her into pieces. "you have every right to be pissed. hey, i don't even know him and i hate his guts," he chuckled, trying to cheer her up.

she smiled at his attempt. even if he didn't fully understand what it was like to be her, he really tried and that was all that mattered. "hopefully you'll never have to meet him."

a little while later, the date was coming to an end. they'd finished eating and sasha was not in the mood for desert so they were just waiting on the check (which would probably be a horrendous amount of money.) seth had intended to ask sasha at the restaurant, but he'd been so caught up in their night that he completely forgot. she had that effect of him.

i'll do it on the balcony...

sasha had never seen the stars so bright. they twinkled in the dark sky, painting over what seemed like an ibis of nothingness. her hands gripped the black rods of the railing as she leaned slightly over to let her eyes navigate the view. sure, she'd seen it an endless amount of times by now, but it never got old.

"absolutely gorgeous," seth piped up from behind her.

she turned around with a smile, "i know. paris is a literal dream."

seth shook his head, walking closer to the girl. he grabbed her hands, leaning down to kiss the top of her head, "i was talking about you," he mumbled.

sasha blushed, but instead of turning away like she usually did, she looked straight into his eyes. the chocolate brown orbs held passion in them as he admired the angel before him. "what is this seth?" she sighed.

"this," he began, kissing the back of her hand, "is the beginning of a beautiful relationship."

she tilted her head, "are you saying we should be together?"

"well," he trailed off, biting down on his plump bottom lip, "i'm going to ask you. sasha, will you be my girlfriend?"

her heart fluttered in response to his question. her lips curved upwards, as she giggled and nodded her head, "yes!"
