My Roommate's Boyfriend

The Only Way

YN's POV

Jacob and I have been talking almost everyday and I'm starting to like him...a lot. Brianna

and him still go out which is annoying as fuck because she doesn't trust him at all , she's

always yelling at him. I would never accuse him of cheating , because I know he's not

cheating on her and he would never cheat on me....if we were dating. I know it's crazy for

liking my roommate's boyfriend but I can't help it. He makes my day.

" So now what?" I said to my friend Taylor after explaining my crush on Jacob.

" YN to be honest I don't know you can't have him he's your roommate's boyfriend he's taken

and there's nothing you can do but wait for him I guess" she said shrugging her shoulders.

At that point I was pissed.

" But Tay " I said whining. She shook her head.

" Girl don't 'But Tay' me, YN you can't get in between them and their relationship and to me

it sounds like they're not gonna last very long so maybe that'll be your moment." she said

as she sat back in the chair she was in. 

"Don't stress about a guy who isn't yours."  she said honestly. I hate when she's right. 

 "What if they work that shit out? They might never break up" I said sounding over dramatic. 

"Stop whining. And how would you date him anyway?" she said. I was confused, 

"What do you mean?" 

 "I mean wouldn't that be a little evil, after they break up you guys get together and you bring 

 him around. You would be waving him in her face. " I rolled my eyes. 

" At this point I don't care. She doesn't deserve him. He likes me" I said. 

 "Did he actually say 'I like you YN' or are you just assuming?" she said making me look stupid. 

"Fine. Don't you have a date right now anyway?" I said as I checked the clock. She jumped up, 

"Yup, gotta go bye" she said as she grabbed her jacket and ran out the door.
