Bullies... Either it be a preppy girl who thinks everyone likes her but in fact no one does or the more muscular guy in school who teases other boys, we have all witnessed a bully in action. And let's be honest, bullies suck. Bullies are honestly some nasty people, but we have to understand why. Why do bullies bully other kids? Many adults think that we just bully other kids because they different, but times are different. I feel that if someone is bullied in this age it is because of pure hate, so un-pure, so much hatred. I've never in my life been bullied, but I have witnessed it. Here are some tips for people who witness bullying, and aren't scared to stand up:
Tip 1: Don't be scared, if you are standing up for what is right, then don't worry.
Tip 2: Most times kids don't stand up for others because they are afraid the bully will turn on them. This is true, the bully very well might turn on you. My tip to you is if you don't have high self-confidence, then don't talk to the bully, rather talk to the victim afterwards to see if they want to talk.
Tip 3: Always be calm and polite. Even if the bully if using language that is very foul you need to stay calm. You need to make sure that you aren't becoming a bully yourself.
Following these tips, I hope that if the chance arrives, you can stand for what is right.
