Dominic POV

"Sir, where are you going to?"

"Chieli, I need you to reschedule all my appointments for tomorrow"

"Do you have a girlfriend waiting sir?"

"As a matter of fact yes I do . so don't wait too long because I will not be coming back today".

I left her standing there and looking like a fish in need of water .

"Sir where are you going do you need me to drive?"

Miguel in my private elevator

"Miguel I will be visiting my girlfriend today and I won't be back till tomorrow"

"OK sir"

"Is there any problem with the elevator?"

"S-sir ....yes -yes there is ...the maintenance called and said the elevator wires need changing".

Elevator wires need changing indeed

"Make sure it is fixed today ..I will be taking the public one then".

"Sir don't you really need me to drive you?"

"No I don't Miguel"

Rushing toward the public elevator it was already occupied with my workers attending to business without realizing that their boss is in the same elevator as them.

"Did you hear the big boss impregnated a girl while he was in school".

"Who told you that?"

"Trust me on this I have a reliable source".

"My reliable source told me that he dumped the girl and got married to another"

"But the boss is still single"

"Maybe he divorced the one he got married to"

"Hello"

They just noticed that somebody is standing beside them . who in their right gossip publicly like that .

"Yes"

"do you work here?"

"Yeah in the maintenance department"

"But you don't look like somebody that works in maintenance department. I mean with this expensive suit and shoes"

My eyes kept going to the control pannel waiting for the elevator to finally reach the last floor.

"Are you listening to me at all?"

Finally the last floor. " ladies as much as I would have loved to continue listening to your gossips I have important maintenance issues to attend to.  Have a wonderful day"

I stepped out of the elevator and turned to clear their doubt

"The big boss is not yet married neither did he impregnate a girl while in school"

"Oh my god....do you know him?"

"Yeah I do"

"Who is he then?. tell me please"

"Me . I am the boss". I turned and continued on my way but I think I heard somebody falling to the ground but no time to check now.

I have to tighten security around saminian and the mansion . who sent them out anyway?... Stepping on the gas my phone kept ringing

"Dominic where are you?"

"I will be there soon"

I press hard on the gas as my thought refused to stop running wild .

Driving into the parking lot of the police station I rushed inside and for the first time in my life I agreed that I was too late .

"Dominic. son. thank god you are here . they took saminian into their room to question her".

"Where is Chris?"

"They took him for questioning too. What is happening Dominic . is there anything I should know about?"

The fuck is happening around me.-

"It nothing for you to worry yourself about Elizabeth . I will deal with the situation".

"I am worried Domi...."

"Dominic you are here"

"Chris what  happened?"

"Saminian will be out shortly"

"Dominic ,Chris . is there something I should know about?".

"Elizabeth if you can please direct your question to Dominic then everything will be answered".

"Oh Saminian thank god you are out . what happened in there?"

Why is she not saying anything?

"Saminian what did they say?"

"Nothing important. just a bunch of questions about why we were going over the speed limit .They also questioned me about Sarah's death"

"Oh dear..... are you alright?

"I will really like to go home now"

"Come child, let go"

"Mr Dominic Santiago would you please give us some minute of your time?"

With the way saminian is shaking in fear right now at the sight of this very devil I know something more than questioning transpired.

"Orlando Giddote what a  surprise. I thought you were behind bars"

"Not when I have tangible evidence"

"Now you won't mind following me because I guess you don't want to say those illegal thing you have done in front of your ...family"

I will show no mercy when I final have this man in my dungeon.

Without taking my eyes off Orlando because god know what he will do next if i make a mistake again "Chris go wait in the car you too saminian and Elizabeth . I will be out Shortly"

"So Orlando don't you want to take me to the questioning room? you know so that we can be comfortable"

"I am not like you that makes the same mistake twice Dominic"

"Don't let me catch you Orlando"

"You were unable to catch me before and you can't now . I think you will like to check on your little family now they might be in danger"

"Orlando you will die by my hand"

"Not if you don't die first by my hand".

Orlando will pay dearly for all he has done to me but for now I have a family to attend to.
