I'm 99.99.99 percent sure that the Pantala dragons are coming! Moon's vision tells us that they will come to Pyrriah! And even on Sundew's book, the already left! They find how Clearsight may have stopped on islands to get to Pantala! So they will be there in book 14! Well I read chapter 1 of the dangerous gift and at the end of the chapter, a bunch of dragons landed on Queen Snowfall's shore! YES I DID! THEY HAD CHAPTER 1 AT BARNES AND NOBLE EVENT! So my sister went in and got a paper saying chapter one!
