Percy reaches to his side and slowly approaches the entrance.
He shoves the rest of the door open, storming in and sliding his pistol from its holster—both hands lock around the grip as he scans the apartment and clicks the safety off.
He points the pistol in the direction of the kitchen, focusing in on the figure who has their back turned to him.
The humming from the man suddenly prominent as he boils a kettle on the stove. Upon hearing Percy's abrupt entry, the man turns around.
Recognition shoots through him like a bolt of lightning. The man had thinning hair and a scruffy beard complimented by kind eyes and a smile he knew too well.
He retracts in shock as he lowers his gun in disbelief. "Chiron?"
Chiron's soft smile grows wider as he turns the fire off, completely calm despite a gun being pointed at his face a few seconds ago. "Hello Percy. Would you like some tea?"
