So here's the thing...

In writing this story, I'll be following the KOREAN CULTURE. The age of the characters, time, etc.

And...

Marrying one or more boys/girls is very normal. In this world, although they're siblings, their surnames may be different from each other or it can also be they all have the same surname. And also having one or more children (like 6-10 or more) is also normal.

The "siblings with different surnames" can happen if, more than one boy will marry a girl, literally one.

The "siblings with similar surnames" can happen if, a boy will marry more than one girl or it can also be, a boy will marry a girl.

So why having one or more child is normal?

Here's the thing, so as I "said" earlier, marrying one or more boys/girls is normal. It's because every sibling (as long as they're all the same gender) will marry only one person of the opposite gender. So if there are 5 boys (they're obviously siblings), they are only allowed to marry one girl or vice versa. And because of this, marriage won't affect the girl's/girls' surname. But the child will inherit his/her or their father's/fathers' surname.

If in case that the couple will have children of different gender, of course, they would marry separately.
