You heavily sigh as you stare out the bus window, thinking about your old life, and how you'll be leaving it behind. Your family, your friends, your home... everything. But, cheer up, Y/N... this is for the best! You'll still be able to call your family, and you'll definitely make new friends. Your old home? Psh, all in the past. You'll have a new house, that's much better than your old one!
"Any and all passengers who were heading to Bikini Bottom, please leave the bus now." A voice shouted.
"Okay, Y/N... you can do this. You've got this." You whisper to yourself. You hold your bags, and stand up. The long aisle is straight ahead of you. You sigh, and smile, as you walk down the aisle. Before you know it, the steps leading off of the bus are directly in front of you.
(Get off the bus already, you weirdo)
"Something wrong, kid?" The bus driver asks. You turn around to look at the bus driver.
"No, no... everything's fine, don't worry." You chuckle. The bus driver just shrugs, and looks back at the wheel in front of him. You look back down at the stairs, and take a deep breath.
"Goodbye, old life..." you mutter, before walking down the stairs, and stepping on the hard concrete. You look around at the area surrounding you. It's official: you're in Bikini Bottom!
The city you're standing in looks nice. It's definitely well taken care of, and the people there must be somewhat tidy, so, that's a plus!
You listen to the engines of the bus you were just on roar before taking off. You turn around, and wave, as the bus zooms away. Eventually, it just fades into the distance, where you can no longer see it...
"Well, there's no turning back now..." you whisper. You decide that you should probably find where your new house is, so that you can start getting settled in your brand new home.
You walk up to a taxi, and politely ask, "excuse me, do you know where Conch Street is?"
A deep, rough sounding voice replies, "Conch Street? Yeah, hop on in."
(Omg, does that mean the old man who has candy knows where Conch Street is? Because he always says, "hop on in" whenever he sees me!)
You smile, open the taxi door, and sit down in a nice, leathery seat. You immediately fasten your seatbelt, and open up a magazine called 'Fancy Living'. You sigh, thinking about how you'd never be able to live like that.
You closed your eyes, and within what seemed like seconds, you were at your new home!
"Alright, pal, this is your stop." The taxi driver announced. You hopped out of the taxi, as he rolled down his window, making sure you wouldn't forget to pay him.
"Oh, thank you so much, sir." You thanked him, as you handed him his payment. He smiled at you, satisfied, and drove off.
You turned around, and looked at your new house. It's even more beautiful than I imagined... you thought.
The house was small, but since you'd be the only one living there, that was just fine. The place was painted your favorite color. Everything - the walls, the doors, the windows, the pathway... they were all perfectly polished. You walked down the pathway, and opened the door. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside!
You smiled, content with your new home, and set down your bags on the carpeted floor. You poked your head outside, and realized, I should probably go introduce myself to the neighbors!
