After their Talks with the Lizardmen and It's Leader Just like the other Factions They Let them Cross their Border for some Hunts of It's Wild Beast But only Minimum since the Lizardmen wanted them to be Tamed and So The Ultramarines Only Brought Small Amount of it's Dinosaurs 

Except those that are Creatures of Chaos and so they Happily Killed them without any Remorse

And Some of these Incursion are fighting Against the Skaven whom who have been Infested the Forest of Lustria for quite some Time and so they Deal with this With Fury as they kill any Skaven Settlement they saw 

As some of these Skaven have Conducting Experiments of their own Kind as they making them More Beast for War and The Ultramarines, Deathwatch and Custodes Deal With them Fast Before they could Ever Pose a Serious Threat to the Lizardmen Empire

They Even occasionally Fight against the Norscan Raiders, and the Space Marine Just Killed them since they are all Chaos Worshipers

They Even fight some Adventurers whom they Warn not to Steal anything But they are persistent for their Treasure hunting that include weapon Rumors But Mostly the Lizardmen have done this Things as they will not Want the Space Marines to have killed a Fellow Human

The Space Marines Even Help the Lizardmen for their Lose Temple City Reclaim and with it, they can now Produce even bigger army for the Defense of their Jungle

And so The Lizardmen Reward the Space Marines, Like jewels, some gold, Weapons like Spear, Mace ETC and it Depends of what's anything that are useful for Trophies

After quite some mission last Day they go to Mess For Eat, and For Some Entertainment
